Where flowers bloom, so does hope
I am so sorry that I haven't posted in awhile. I've been teaching myself how to create embroidery designs of the historic cars we have in the family. And learning how to use Adobe Illustrator to help me with the artwork required for those designs. It's a very tedious process to create the art but very worth it in the end.
New prospects are turning up for me. I love how God is working to change my situation. He is so good. I've been in less pain lately. I have to limit my activities though. Compared to what I did last year at this time, I feel lazy right now. But it is a requirement if I want to feel better.
I've been following the First5 app study plan that began April 8th. Today's reading was Psalm 90. And the verse Psalm 90:17 (ESV) "Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us, and establish the work of our hands upon us; yes, establish the work of our hands!" There is an experience guide available to purchase to go along with the study at first5.org. This study plan covers Psalms 73-150 and you can discover how to praise God and trust Him even if things don't seem to be going your way. It helps you understand the scripture. God is worthy of praise, no matter what life throws your way.
I am so thankful for all of the people in my life. With Mothers Day coming up, I have a special dedication post planned for my mom. I pray that you feel blessed in your life, even if it seems things aren't going the way you planned or hoped they would. God is listening to you.
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 (ESV) "Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you."
